Replacement & Service Warranty We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for eligible products. Additionally, a 2-year service warranty is provided for long-term support and peace of mind.
Warranty Exclusions Please note that display, body, and keyboard components are not covered under warranty. These parts are excluded due to their susceptibility to physical damage and wear.
Invalid Warranty Conditions Warranty claims will be considered void under the following circumstances:
Physical damage to the body
Burnt components
Tampering or removal of the security sticker
Warranty Claim Requirement The original purchase memo must be presented at the time of any warranty claim. Claims without the memo will not be accepted.
